The Kingdom of quiche





My best quiche to date: Carrots, cauliflower, Dubliner and sharp cheddar cheese with a splash of chopped Kale and fresh basil for color. Super yummy and it held together like a pro, even when hot, fresh out of oven. I think it was the shot of Masa and some heavy creme in the milk bath.


I find it hard to fathom how I avoided eating quiche when I was younger.   I could eat it twice a week nowadays.
